Hi, I’m Aoi.

I’m a certified athletic therapist, dedicated to helping individuals in Victoria, BC, achieve optimal physical health and performance. With a strong background in competitive sports, including volleyball and running, I’ve experienced firsthand the importance of proper injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall wellness.

As a passionate outdoor enthusiast, I believe that movement is essential to a happy and healthy life. My goal is to empower individuals with a deeper understanding of their body and its functions, enabling them to take control of their overall well-being and make informed decisions about their health.

Our Approach

Restore.

Prevention and Awareness

We begin by restoring your body's fundamental function.

Through preventative measures and education, we'll work together to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. By understanding your unique movement patterns and habits, we'll develop strategies to maintain optimal health and prevent injuries.

Rebuild.

Targeted Treatment and Rehabilitation

When injury or pain does occur, we'll work together to rebuild your strength, flexibility, and resilience.

By targeting the root cause of your pain, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. Through evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and exercises, we'll rebuild your foundation for optimal movement and function.

Revitalize.

Movement and Performance Enhancement

Once we've restored and rebuilt, it's time to revitalize your body and unlock your full potential.

We'll incorporate Yoga and Pilates-based movements to enhance your neuromuscular control, range of motion, strength, and overall performance.

By combining these practices with functional training and conditioning, we'll help you achieve optimal physical function, reduce your risk of injury, and perform at your best.
